Christopher Berg

Chris offers over 23 years of hospitality management experience in operations, sales, marketing and revenue management leadership roles with brands including IHG, Hilton, Hyatt, and Wyndham, and have been awarded “Manager of the Year” for both the Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association and American Hotel and Lodging Association. Professionally, his goals are to continue building a legacy of running exemplary properties with strong NOI and unparalleled guest satisfaction all the while building careers for those passionate about working the hospitality industry. Chris is currently Vice President of Operations for Onix Group, with previous professional experience with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Atlantic Management, and Wyndham International. Chris previously served on the Clear Space Board of Directors from 2012-2018, including a tenure as board chair. He rejoined the board in 2026. Other board experience includes Delaware Choral Society, Delaware Hotel and Lodging Association, and Southern Delaware Tourism.
